For the better part of a decade, I have worked extensively with trauma, supporting adolescents, helping couples navigate their relationships, and guiding those who’ve experienced narcissistic abuse. I’m here to help you find clarity, build resilience, and create lasting change in your life. Let's start your healing journey together!

My approach is evidenced based and holistic, embracing an eclectic style tailored to meet each client’s unique needs. I truly value the healing that comes when a strong therapeutic alliance is established. I am not the expert in your life, you are! My role is to guide you, presenting concepts from a light you maybe wouldn’t have otherwise realized that encourages self-reflection and deeper insight into your driving behaviors and root causes. My practice integrates various therapeutic modalities, including Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT and Trauma-Focused CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Attachment-Based Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, and Gottman Theory for couples.

Outside of my professional life, I enjoy traveling and spending time with family and friends, and love animals! You may see our therapy service dog and office mascot "Cato" from time to time while visiting with us!
